what a pleasant appointment at the audiologist today! the man (don't know his name!) was friendly, professional and incredibly informative. after checking my ears, he honestly told me i didn't need microsuction, even recommending a product without pushing a sale. he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which we really appreciated.

I went to clear hear solutions for myself. I felt something odd in my ear and Helen's team helper had a look at both of my ears and pulled out a hard bit of wax out of one which felt really good and now my ears feel clear and clean. I have had problems for months in one ear. Tried all the traditional methods and was sent on my way by the doctors. Had some wax in both ears, and an issue with my left ear where wax was making a crackling sound against my ear drum when I heard a loudish sound. Happy to say after a quick 3 minute suction session it was removed painlessly and as an added bonus I can hear high frequencies again. Thanks!

I booked in last week to have my ears sorted both ears extremely blocked sorted out one ear on the day the other had to be sorted a few days later, I was so happy with the service I received talked me through absolutely everything and reassured me finally a sigh of relief as I can hear again

I felt like my ears were heavy and had some ear wax in them so I went on google and found this local company. Had been to the doctors before to get them rinsed but this is far better. Managed to clean them out without too much hassle, didn’t have to use ear wax prior to going. Turns out I still have some hearing issues which has stemmed from childhood.

Very efficient service and staff were professional and friendly. One issue though is that I would rather not have seen the wax in the drum that contained everyone else’s wax that the machine had extracted. Please hide it away or cover up as it made me feel squeamish.

Helen took time to explain what she was doing and also why you shouldn't use cotton buds (mine have gone in the bin). OMG. Don't even bother with the Doctors anymore. This will be the best £50 you've ever spent. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Absolutely painless, quick and simple. My Mum required further wax removal today.
Yet again Helen came up trumps, taking her time to help Mum relax to be able to perform this sensitive procedure. Thank you Helen for taking your time to look after Mum, it means alot.

Helen was brilliant, she explained every stage and put mum at ease. If mum flinched she would stop until mum was ready to go again.
It was a very positive experience for mum and I can only thank Helen for her time and patience, and caring nature.

My partner was totally deaf after returning from our holidays and in awful pain. Appt booked online 20 minutes later lots of wax removed and he's totally a different person. This place is amazing and worth every penny. If your suffering the don't pop along and get seen. You won't regret it.

Walked in after discovering that the doctor no longer syringe your ears - and didn’t no Clear Hear Solutions existed-got an appointment straight away after calling in on the offf chance, and was dealt with with care and compassion with everything that was going on explained in detail. Very friendly reception by Helen and after the formality of waiver and health assessment forms she cleared a very stubborn blockage within a few minutes with no discomfort at all. Having used NHS hearing aids for about 10 years, I first had a chat with Helen about 18 months ago when I was considering purchasing some as I was struggling with the hearing aids I had at the time. Helen advised me that my hearing aids needed to be updated but when I enquired about purchasing some she suggested I continue down the NHS route as they may be able to improve things, but if I felt in the future that I would like to have another chat then she would be happy to advise me. I finally decided to do this.. I now have some amazing Starkey hearing aids, and it’s a totally different experience. My hearing is so clear, they are comfortable and very small. The attention to detail and professionalism provided by Helen and Kevin is amazing. Plus the aftercare is a huge bonus and nothing is too much trouble. Can’t recommend Clear Hear Solutions highly enough.
