I had earwax removed today. The team were friendly and very thorough. It's wonderful to hear clearly again, after a gradual decline and recent sudden deafness in one ear. The procedure was gentle and so very effective. Thank you.

OMG. Don't even bother with the Doctors anymore. This will be the best £50 you've ever spent. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Absolutely painless, quick and simple. No messy water dripping all over you. Helen was brilliant and talked me though the whole process. In and out in no time and with squeaky clean ears.

Great service and really went above and beyond to ensure the health of my ears, could not recommend them enough.

Very fast for me to get an appointment (same day) which was important because excessive ear wax was causing me pain. The lady who served me was very nice, accommodating and did a very good job at fixing the problem. I hope I don't have to go back soon but if I do then this place is perfect for solving this particular problem. Good value too, I have paid a lot more elsewhere.

I have had problems for months in one ear. Tried all the traditional methods and was sent on my way by the doctors. Popped in to see Helen today and was surprised the amount removed out of the problematic ear. Feels so very strange right now as it has been some time. Would recommend to anyone who is experiencing any ear problems.

Brilliant short notice emergency service, called Saturday 8.15 am, had a same day appointment at 10.30 am, was out of there at 10.45 am. Fantastic, wonderful, fabulous and totally relieved that I could hear again!
